missingWrote a review on Sept 22locationstaffuncomfortable roomlack of amenitiesinconsistent service
The experience here was disappointing, primarily due to the uncomfortable room setup with two single beds instead of a double, which felt inadequate. Additionally, the lack of basic amenities like a simple bottle of water during the heat was frustrating. Despite this, the location is central and the staff, while inconsistent in service, tried to be helpful when approached. However, the room conditions and inadequate furnishings left much to be desired.

A Bit Disappointing for the Price
The staff seemed nice, when we checked in,, but they really messed up our room. We asked for a proper double bed, but they thought it's fine to just push two single beds together, which was uncomfortable.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but still acceptable.

Great location with clean rooms
I enjoyed my stay, especially because of the hotel's location near Termini Station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and clean, which was a pleasant surprise considering some reviews I'd seen. However, the decor felt a bit outdated and could use a refresh.

The breakfast was awesome, with plenty of choices, and the staff were super nice and helpful. The location was just right, not too far from everything but quiet enough to relax.
One downside was the noise. the walls aren't very soundproof, so you can hear everything in the corridors.

Consider asking for a room away from the street for a quieter night's sleep.

This was an optimal selection for a short layover in Rome with good value for cost. The staff was incredibly helpful, printing my boarding passes without any hassle. For better comfort, ask for an additional blanket if needed.

I had a great time! The breakfast spread was impressive, especially the variety of pastries. My room was spacious and clean, though I wish there had been a shower curtain for less mess. I’d definitely return.
